Heat treated to eliminate hot sports and brittleness and improve the elasticity which could cause failure in lesser springs. Shot peening with hardened steel shot relieved the surface of the steel making it more durable and less susceptible to fatigue. It also allows a far better surface as a key for the powder coating. All Springs are 100% load tested to ensure the spring conforms to the correct height with the specified load for that application.
