MODIFICATIONS to the blower housing may be required for installation for pulley clearance. The pulley is not typically centered on the end of the housing so some material must be removed from one side of the housing.

We do this by hand with a 2 disc sander on a air tool. These are Press On pulleys, recommend you remove snout from vehicle and replace the isolator and the bearings at the same time.
