RECOVERY AVAILABLE: Recovery is only available in the surrounding of London including the M25. We are an ATA accredited garage with over 20 years experience in engine rebuilds and vehicle repairs. These Terms &Conditions apply to Leytonstone Auto's Ltd and the fitting service we provide. This agreement isfor our Engine Reconditioning service and no other.
No alterations ofthese Terms & Conditions shall be valid unless confirmed in writing andsigned for by the company's manager. We will change anypart or parts we see unfit, we will change those part(s) without giving noticeto preserve further complications to the engine. If you decide tocancel the service at any point you will be subject to a charge for the workcarried out on your vehicle so far. We make everyeffort to keep the prices of our services up to date but we reserve the rightto change prices at any time without notice. When we give aquote it is usually an estimation for supply and fitting.
It does not cover anyadditional prices for any additional parts which we require to complete theservice. We will do ourutmost best to carry out repairs by the date given but we will not acceptany responsibility for any delays caused by factors outside the company'scontrol.
Leytonstone Auto'sLtd does not take responsibility for any loss of items left inside the vehiclewhilst work is being carried out. It is the customers responsibility to makesure that no valuable items are left within the vehicle. If the vehicle isto be used for towing then this must only be carried out within the manufacturersrecommendations. Any deliverycharges must be paid in full before collection if the customer agrees for thevehicle to be picked or dropped off to the respective address. Storage chargeswill be added if the customer does not come and collect their vehicle on time.
The vehicle is inspectedby anyone else other than the in house mechanics. The vehicle is notbrought back to us after no more than 1000 miles for a full service from thelast recorded mileage, (subject to a charge). The vehicle has beendriven more than 12,000 miles per year. Any customersupplying their own parts would give away any rights to claiming theirwarranty.
The vehicle has beencontaminated by the wrong fuel or oil The vehicle has beenin an subsequent accident. Thereconditioned engine is damaged due to any other ancillariesfailing. The vehicle has beenabused in a way or damaged by wear and tear or neglect. Heat tabs may comefitted to our standard reconditioned engines. Please keep in mind that if you decide to cancel the service at any point you will be subject to a charge for the work carried out on your vehicle so far. Prices are subject to change.
