It has been known for units to get damaged in transit, which are only ever established once they have been plugged in so we recommend getting the electrician to power the unit up on a test station before installing in the car, as there time can be quite costly. We only have 28 days from the point of the item being dispatched to start the investigation and once beyond this timeframe, we will not be able to make a claim.
