Correct oem size o rings, pre cut tooling parts, gasket, piston seals and a new retaining collar. Correctly packed quality automotive desiccant not silica gel which solidifies in winter with extra included in case of spillage which is most useful...

Please check your black plastic dryer lid for cracking between the two airline connectors... It's a remarkably common failure resulting in complete failure. C1A20/ C1A1364/ C50 or C1A20-64 may occur as a result of a Diagnostic check. The most common code being C1A20 pressure not rising quick enough or Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery. The most common cause is a cracked and leaking air dryer cover followed by blocked filters & perished granules. This will have had an effect on the piston seal components resulting in reduced pressure output below the criteria were the vehicles electronic air suspension will be happy with resulting in the dashboard alarm message illuminating on the dashboard. Your original air dryer cover can just leak Vital Air Pressure around the air line fittings but more likely an air line crack will be present between the 2 coloured air fitting connections on the air dryer lid/cover.

Our improved solid aluminium cover also available in our shop is designed and built to last a lifetime unlike the original. We advise fitting our complete kit which includes new lid and piston seals. Deteriorated filtration granules can affect air output quite significantly. A cracked lid and it's game over.

It will not however repair an electrically broken pump but feel free to call as spares available. Please check your vehicle still has a Hitachi compressor fitted as it is quite common for vehicles to have an expensive and unnecessary upgrade if the original unit has already failed at some point.
