We Will Completely Rebuild & Recondition Your Engine. We Are Able To Recondition Any Engine For Any Vehicle. The Head(s) Will Be Checked, Pressure Tested & Skimmed (If Possible) With The Valves Re-faced & Lapped Back Into The Head(s) With Brand New Valve Stem. Each & Every Gasket & Seal In The Engine Will Be Replaced For A Brand New Replacement.

We Use NOTHING Old In Our Engines At All! The Pistons & Conrods Will Be Checked For Any Damage & Fitted With New Big End Bearings & Piston Rings.

We Replace The Oil Pump, Water Pump, Timing Belt(s) And/Or Chain(s). The Crankshaft Is Checked For Any Distortion & Is Polished/Re-Ground If Possible. The Block Is Checked For Any Bore Damage Or Mains Damage & Is Then Fitted With New Main Bearings. The Turbo(s) & Intercooler(s) Will Be Checked & Refitted If They Are Okay.

Note: The Intercooler Will Be Thoroughly & Professionally Cleaned Before Installation. Once The Engine Has Been Built Up & Dressed, It Will Be Fitted With: New Air Filter(s), New Oil & New Oil Filter. We Will Refresh & Put In New Power Steering Fluid, New Antifreeze Coolant, New Brake Fluid & We Will Carry Out A Full Diagnostic Check. The Engine Must Be In A Serviceable Condition.
